Penpergwm House prides itself on its comprehensive provision of care for the next stage of life for an older person and aims to support you making the right choices and decisions regarding you or your relative’s care going forward. Our promise of care is to endeavour to guide you through this progression and to ensure that our main priority is understand and fully appreciate the needs of each and every individual client.

We are proud to be able to provide a wide range of care options within Penpergwm House and its sister company Penpergwm Home Care. Choice and options are paramount to how we think about caring. Integrity, compassion and dedication are at the core of everything we do.

Our Residential Care’s aim is that an individual will feel as comfortable and familiar in the care home as they would in their own home, bringing with them whatever personal possessions they want and taking part in whatever activities that appeal to them as individuals.

Our Home Care enables superior care to be brought to the client’s home whether arranged privately by the clients themselves or by someone acting for them or in some cases arranged by Social Services following an assessment of need. Care comes in many forms and can be provided in a range of ways from helping with shopping and housework through to medical assistance and personal care.

Our Day Care offers individuals, who may live alone, some company or to give the opportunity for their relatives and carers to gain some time for themselves, in the secure knowledge that their loved one is in a safe and supported environment.

Throughout all our organisation, our care provision has been created and tailored to enrich and complement a maturing lifestyle with all elements of quality of life: comfort, nourishment, activities, entertainment and socialising, viewed as fundamental and of equal importance.
