We strive to support our Residents in every way we can but don’t be under any illusion that this is one way – often the relationship is very mutual and I wanted to show you a moment when Barbara spontaneously supported our Care staff member Carian…and how much that mutual respect and kindness goes a long way to make Penpergwm House the place it is. This wasn’t staged – just a camera in the right place and the right time! Just a wonderful demonstration of how we all help each other in our community at Penpergwm House.
