Avoiding the Hot Weather

This week has been a bit limiting with photo evidence as the intense heat has been a lot for our Residents to cope with.  Penpergwm building is large and cool but the accumulative effect of the days of very high temperature means it’s a lot for them to cope with and the garden is really not accessible while it’s like this.  Abby has come up with card making, flower arranging, popular word game activities, quiz and making fruit smoothies to keep cool and hydrated, very delicious and refreshing.  Glennys was particularly impressed with those!
