Commemorating Her Majesty

Apart from a few exceptions, nearly all Residents and Staff communed together across the building to watch and honour the Queen in her state funeral proceedings today.  We had the big screen live running from 9ish this morning as well as the Garden Room television continuously on and there were pockets of people who chose to watch in their rooms with various members of Staff accompanying them – all Residents were offered to watch in whichever fashion suited them or not, if they so wished.

Rest in peace Your Majesty, everyone did you proud today.
