Keeping Fit & Active

The importance of keeping the body moving is never lost at PH and minimum of 3 times a week – we hold fitness classes in one guise or another….encouraging as many as we can to stretch and move their limbs to whatever extent they feel comfortable doing.  It’s always good fun and a chuckle along the way.  Today Georgie B led a cracking Keep Fit session with Edna showing us all how it is done at nearly 94!
