Nikki B – our very own ‘Show’ Off!
Our wonderful Catering Manager, Nikki Burridge, was warming up for her entries at the upcoming Royal Welsh Show (where she will be entering a staggering 18 items!) last weekend by baking up a storm at the Monmouthshire Show. At the risk of bragging – she pretty much cleaned up across all baked good categories and we are extremely proud of her…as are our residents, who are feeling very grateful to be Nikki’s guinea pigs!
