Opening Pandora’s Box

We never stop encouraging our clients to feedback both formally and informally – in order to hear their views, their choices and how they want to live their lives at PH.  They have monthly Resident meetings to feedback and annually they complete a quite detailed survey that is collated and responded to.

We also encourage healthy and respectful debate and today’s topics in Pandora’s box, led by Activity Lead Cher, made for very interesting discussion.

• Gender Diversity and understanding Non-Binary…

Good discussion was had today and 8 attended with lots of views and thoughts on the above matters.
