Writing Competition & Community Engagement

A very special afternoon today – with a combined visit from Ben Morris the new Abergavenny Engagements Officer and Megan Greaves, our Community Police Officer paying the Home a visit to share their ethos and aspiration for bringing the local community together and supporting all it’s residents in any way they can to improve community links….followed by the final of our ‘Childhood Memories’ writing competition run by Priscilla Llewelyn.

So wonderful to be part of this meeting and seeing the Residents choose to engage with this and share their views and questions. Followed by Jean being the ultimate

prize winner and the  most fabulous opportunity for all involved to share and enjoy their memories and take the time to appreciate each other’s social life history.
